Attended May 22, 2021 PAMET Summer Webinar, but the survey at the end disappeared and unable to do survey. How will I get my certificate?

Today is May 13, 2023 and as of today, I am unable to find the LINK to print the CE for the seminar I attended last April 15, 2023 at John Muir Medical Center. I have contacted Cielo and Marian Castillo, but no response to the LINK. Cielo gave me the LINK to answer the survey, which I did about 2 weeks ago, but the LINK to print CE is not there. I will not be paid my CE day by May 15th if I am not able to present the certificate. I have sent 2 email addresses and I will do so again. Work email: aleduna@alamedahealthsystem.org
